In many places, partners do not have access to the data and resources for analyzing investment options and design context-tailored solutions. This leads to wish lists of activities instead of directed actions. P4S has developed evidence-based, user-oriented, flexible, and relatively low-cost tools for selecting and prioritizing CSA investment. These include risk-explicit cost-benefit analyses, rapid assessment surveys, systematic reviews, and participatory engagement processes. Through facilitated, interactive and collaborative work, we empowered decision-makers to select CSA initiatives that provide the best value for money in meeting desired goals.
