Quick and easy to read, the Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) country profiles give an overview of the agricultural challenges in countries around the world, and how CSA can help them adapt to and mitigate climate change. Developed by CIAT and CCAFS, in partnership with the World Bank, Costa Rica’s CATIE, and USAID’s Bureau for Food Security, the majority cover Latin America, as well as part of Africa and South Asia.

34 country-specific Climate Risk Profiles developed and published:
- Latin America and the Caribbean (English and Spanish): Argentina, Belize,Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Grenada, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru and Uruguay
- Africa (English): Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, The Gambia, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe
- Asia (English): Bangladesh, Bhutan, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Pakistan, Pakistan (Punjab), Sri Lanka and the Philippines
- Asia (English and Vietnamese): Vietnam
- Europe (English): Moldova

Key Outcomes: |
- Country Climate Risk Profiles assist donors, governments and development partners to tailor their CSA programming and interventions to country contexts. It also provides entry points for CSA intervention, highlighting key challenges and opportunities for programming.
